REPORT UPDATE January 9,2012

LOADCENTRAL UPDATE: From LC Main regarding SMS based Loading
All our four (4) back-up access numbers are now active.

Please inform your sub-dealers and retailers to use these numbers until our new Sun SMS gateway 09229990214 has stabilized.

LOADCENTRAL UPDATE: From LC Main regarding the webtool concerns and SMART loads
The problem with Smart e-load has been fixed already last week but Red
and PLDT products are still offline.

The web tool access issue was also addressed already. We have
increased the allowed password characters to 20. It was set with the
new system at only 8 characters.

As for the reports before Jan 5, it has been partially fixed already.
We are still working to make it easier for everyone to access the
older reports.
